This blog is for the person that would prefer to buy products purchased in the United States of America. If you think you can’t find products still made in the USA, think again. If you are the type of person that likes to shop at the mall or at stores such as Wal-Mart or Target, then the majority of what you are purchasing are probably goods manufactured overseas. If you prefer to spend your money on goods manufactured in the USA, then please try to support the companies listed in this blog. I am a realist and I understand it is not possible to purchase everything you need or want from companies that only manufacture goods in the US, but whenever possible, I feel it is a great idea to buy from companies that are giving it their all to still produce goods in the US.
Thanks and happy shopping!
P.S. I am now charging a small one time donation of $19.99 to add companies to my blog, due to a huge increase in requests, thank you for your understanding. :-)

You are welcome, Gretchen. Thanks for stopping by.
What an amazing blog! I have subscribed to your blog and have also linked to it from our candle blog. Thank you for your help in spreading the awareness about where the majority of products still come from, and how important it is to buy products made in the USA whenever possible.

You have a terrific blog. Thanks so much for all that you do. Is that a picture of Boathouse Row in Philadelphia at the top? I’m in the Philadelphia area and have just begun to build a Made in USA community. We feature your blog under News Feeds on our site. We have forums, blogs and articles, etc., to provide information that people can respond to. We also recommend some companies whose products are US Made. If it’s okay, I’d love to leave my web site for you and your readers (if not just delete): http://www.iBuyUSMade.com to check out. Most of our sites are 100% US Made, but some have a few things that are not, or what they have that’s Made in the USA is excellent, and we are encouraging them to go all US Made. Some of companies are changing over, I have found in my research and conversations with owners. Thanks again for your terrific and informative blog.
Hello,
I have a company that makes women’s clothing in the SF Bay Area. I was excited to find your website promoting American made goods. I’d love to be included in your website.
I saw that you include a fee to be included in your site. Can I ask what your visitor rate is daily and weekly? Any other pertinent info would be helpful for me to make my decision.
Warm regards,
Max

Hi there,
Thank you for your interest. My busiest day this year was March 13, 2011 with 399 views. My busiest week had 1,086 visitors. I rank #2 on Google for the search term Made In USA. Let me know if you have any more questions. Also your website link did not work for me.
Best to you,
Mary Beth
