I really started this blog for myself, to help me keep track of companies that still manufacture and or sell goods that are manufactured in the USA. I figured I’d make a little blog with a list of all the links I came across so I could refer back to them when there was something I needed to purchase. Then I had the bright idea, well heck, why not make it something decent that I could share with others that also like to purchase goods manufactured in the USA. So….here it is, that is that, end of story! Enjoy…
This blog is for the person that would prefer to buy products purchased in the United States of America. If you think you can’t find products still made in the USA, think again. If you are the type of person that likes to shop at the mall or at stores such as Wal-Mart or Target, then the majority of what you are purchasing are probably goods manufactured overseas. If you prefer to spend your money on goods manufactured in the USA, then please try to support the companies listed in this blog. I am a realist and I understand it is not possible to purchase everything you need or want from companies that only manufacture goods in the US, but whenever possible, I feel it is a great idea to buy from companies that are giving it their all to still produce goods in the US.
Thanks and happy shopping!
P.S. If you know of any company that still manufactures their products in the USA please drop me a line with a link to the company’s website.
Thanks to my brother for letting me use his beautiful shot of the Bixby Bridge in Big Sur, CA as my header pic. The bridge was built between 1931-1932 to connect the remote towns along the California coast. Not only is it historically important, but the reinforced concrete open-spandrel arch bridge is an amazing example of american ingenuity.

What an amazing blog! I have subscribed to your blog and have also linked to it from our candle blog. Thank you for your help in spreading the awareness about where the majority of products still come from, and how important it is to buy products made in the USA whenever possible.
Keep up the great work!
